**SPECIAL PASSPORT NOTE** Please provide your full name (suffix or title IS NOT necessary) date of birth, and gender as it appears on your passport. Your information will be used to book your airline flights and the MUST MATCH EXACTLY the name on your passport or you may be denied boarding your flight.

A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED when traveling to Mexico, along with one (1) blank page for entry stamp.

All passports must be valid throughout the duration of your stay in Mexico*.

A VISA is not required for US citizens.
* As indicated on your passport, if your passport expires within six (6) months of your date of departure you may be denied entry into some countries. Each country comprises their own entry requirements which can change at anytime without notice. Therefore, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND renewing your passport if set to expire within 6 months past trip dates. It is the responsibility of every guest to understand the entry requirements of each country they visit. When flights to Mexico are booked, an airline reservation is made and a confirmation # for the reservation is issued. You can use this airline confirmation # (along with your passport) to check-in for your flights, up to 24 hours prior to departure, and retrieve your boarding pass(es).
YOU MUST USE THE NAME ON YOUR PASSPORT WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE TRIP.
Your name will be used to book your airline flights and MUST MATCH EXACTLY the name on your valid passport (a suffix or title IS NOT necessary). If the names don't match exactly you may be denied boarding your flight.
Emailers are a way to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding the trip, and will contain reminders, helpful links, etc. They are sent to the email address provided on your registration form approximately 45, 30, and 7 days prior to departure (subject to change).
Travel documents will be sent to the mailing address provided on your registration form approximately 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Included with your documents are your flight itinerary with airline confirmation # (highlighted in yellow), custom bag tags, a welcome booklet with an overview of trip details, and any other pertinent trip information as needed before you go.
Please bring all travel documents with you on the trip, along with a valid passport.
TRIP DETAILS
Your trip package includes: round-trip airfare between destination airport and hotel, airport meet & greet, round-trip transfers between destination airport and hotel (group arrival/departure days only), hotel accommodations for five (5) nights with deluxe partial ocean view King rooms, bellmen & housekeeping gratuities, all-inclusive food & beverage package, arrival evening cocktail reception, farewell evening cocktail reception & dinner, a Wholesale Pump & Supply hospitality desk manned daily, and post-departure travel insurance (see below for more information).
Items such as airline baggage fees, pay-for airline seats, meals & drinks outside the hotel all-inclusive food & beverage package, optional tours, telephone calls, gift shop purchases, spa services, golf, laundry & dry cleaning services, and any other items not specifically mentioned as included as part of your trip package, will be at your own expense.

For your convenience, Wholesale Pump & Supply has purchased 360° Group POST DEPARTURE travel protection plan, provided by Travelex Insurance Services, on your behalf. This plan includes coverage for trip interruption (Return Air Only coverage up to $1,000), travel delay, baggage & personal effects, baggage delay, emergency medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation and accidental death & dismemberment.

Please refer to the Welcome Booklet included with your travel documents for further details on where to locate your transfers once in Mexico. Anyone arriving prior to or staying beyond the official group trip dates will be responsible for their own transfers.
HOTEL INFO
Every effort will be made to have your rooms ready upon your arrival, however, it cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will set up and maintain an incidental account for any miscellaneous charges you authorize that are not part of your included trip package. To open your account, please present a major credit card at check-in.
Pre-tipped bellmen will deliver your baggage directly to your rooms when they are ready.
All guest rooms include: Sleep like a Rock® bedding featuring 300-thread count Egyptian cotton, Terrace with a sofa, one chair, a table & a hydro spa tub, private bathroom with shower & double sink vanities, mini bar with soda, bottled water, juice & domestic beer, flat screen TV with plug-and-play technology, purified bottled water, bathrobe & slippers (by request), in-room digital safe (laptop size), individually controlled A/C, espresso/American coffee maker, direct dial telephone, Bluetooth-enabled wireless alarm clock radio, hair blow dryer, bathroom scale, clothes steamer, included Wi-Fi, 24-hour in room dining, turndown service (by request), and complimentary streaming music channels.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel property and in your hotel room.
The Hard Rock Los Cabos has a gift shop with souvenirs and sundries available for purchase.
A qualified physician* is on call 24 hours/day for emergencies. If you have any prior medical history, medication that is needed, or present illness the hotel should be aware of, please notify them prior to your arrival.

Tipping is included on each item in your Trip Inclusions. Additional gratuities are at the discretion of the individual. For those instances which you've requested personal services, a customary gesture of a gratuity is always appreciated.
IN CABO
Credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) are widely accepted in hotels, better restaurants, and major stores. Before you travel, call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and tell them where you are going and the dates you will be gone. This will protect you from card declines due to suspected fraud.
The official currency in circulation and medium of exchange in Mexico is the Peso. Currently, 1 US Dollar is equal to approximately 18.59 Pesos*. US dollars are widely excepted in hotels, better restaurants, and major stores; however, consider taking small bills, as it may be difficult to "break a $20".

Electricity in Mexico runs on the same 60-cycle, 120 volt electrical system as the US, so an adapter will not be needed. All rooms furnish a hair blow dryer for your convenience.
During the day think Resort Casual; shorts or jeans, tank tops, t–shirts or polo shirts, sundresses. Swimwear must be covered and footwear is required inside the hotel.
In the evening think Elegant Casual; elegant dress shorts or jeans, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar) for men, sundress or capris with blouse for ladies, and dress shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts, wet clothes, flip flops, or slippers. Long pants are not required.
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (UTC -7), and does not observe Daylight Savings Time. In March of 2026 when it's 12:00pm MST in Cabo, it will be 2:00pm CDT in Dallas, Texas.
Temperatures in Cabo during the month of March typically reach highs in the 80's(°F) during the day with lows in the 60's (°F) at night.
